Failsafe protects you when you have an emergency. If you run an on-premise email service, we can offer protection for hardware failure, downtime because of maintenance or other distruptions.
Your emails are redirected via our network of email servers and automatically buffered for up to 30 days in the event of a problem with your server. With this peace of mind, you know you'll always get your emails back once everything is back to normal.
The Ultimate Protection
With our higher-end packages, while you resolve the issue with your in-house server you can give your users access to their emails online via the FailSafe mailbox service.
Not only are your emails buffered for up to 30 days, but we also place a copy of incoming mail into a separate FailSafe mailbox for each of your users. So whilst your server is offline, they can carry on sending and receiving emails. When it's all back online, the emails which were in the buffer will be sent down to your server along with any emails which were sent from the FailSafe mailboxes during the downtime period.
This gives you the breathing room you need to fix the problem without your users breathing down your neck.
